This collection was originally a continuation of our Magic Fungi collection from Spring Summer 2022. I was personally captivated by the fantastic shapes and colours of mushrooms and found them to be highly inspiring. Although 2022 was a year filled with many wonders and many events that were good or unfortunately, very tragic. Many things changed in the world and many countries were devastated. Many lives were lost...

As an Iranian-Canadian and a Middle Eastern woman, I could not continue with my daily life without considering the current state of the world and its impact on my personal and professional life. As a result, at dorsaLi, we decided to dedicate this collection to all the countries that have been suffering for many years in the Middle East and now in Europe. This is the least we could do to raise awareness about the current state of the world and to strive for better days to come.

"For Love" launches on March 23rd, 2023, on the first few days of Spring (Nowruz). Nowruz, which means "new day" in Persian, is an ancient festival that marks the beginning of spring and celebrates the rebirth of nature. It is closely associated with fresh, green foods that are just beginning to poke out of the ground, reminding us that winter is not, in fact, eternal. "For Love" is dedicated to freedom for all citizens of the world.
